We went in last Friday evening,looked at some new trucks, then went to the used side. A salesman came out, we told him what we wanted, he went in to see if they other location had any, when he came back out we told him we had decided to go with new. Instead of just telling us thanks, he personally walked us into the new office and introduced us to Dave Smith. Dave was awesome, very laid back, not at all pushy. Jennifer, the finance officer, was also very friends and not pushy. We are very happy with out experience.

Great experience from the time I purchased my vehicle (thanks Paul Masker) in 2016 to today's service appointment. The service team, shuttle drivers, and cashier were great. Alll went smooth for my appointment and car was done sooner than I anticipated. Much appreciated Royal Gate!

My daughter bought a 2017 Jeep patriot and 2 days later I bought a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500, 5.7 liter Hemi. I have dealt with them for the past 10 years and will continue to, made a mistake of purchasing a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from Lou Fusz in October, they were closer to me, had it in for an issue 2days later and the salesman and finance manager didn't even remember me... Royal Gate from now on!

Very quick service. More expensive than others. Diagnostic service. Charge and shop supplies charge is ridiculous!!!!! I'm fairness they are implemented at other places to bleed the customers.....

Joe Miller ! Remember that name when you're on your way to this dealership. Best customer service ever received at a dealer, and we went to plenty. Joe is willing to work with you no matter what kind of situation you're in. Would definitely recommend anyone coming to Royal Gate to ask for him. He put us in a brand new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee at the price we needed to be at. Great salesman.
