Just bought a used dodge quad cab 5.7 hemi from the ellisville location. .. I love the truck and the price was agreeable but within the first 2 weeks I ended up finding 4 issues and had a fuel problem.. come to find out none of it was covered in their 3 month warrenty and refused to fix them.. I was very upset and still wish they would have worked with me to fix all the issues..i mean after all i did just give them 18,000 $... in cash.... but due to the professional attitude , great customer service and advise from their night service manager Dennis .he made the experience there so much beter.. he talked to the sales manager and worked it out to work on my fuel issues and has made sure my truck was at least running right, i would definitely go back because they have a beautyfull selection of vehicle's . but only for a brand new truck with a bumper to bumper warranty so i knew my man Dennis had my back.. that man is awsome!!
Angel gave my friends and I extravagant customer service. He helped my friend, Josh check out a new Charger and he helped me look at a '14 Mustang with some of the best service I've had at a dealership. So request angel for outstanding service

I have had a great experience at Royal Gate Dodge purchasing the All new Chrysler Pacifica Touring. We have met a great Salesman named Ted Gann and also a really experienced Sales consultant Richard Blue. I truly appreciate the work they have done. I received the price that I needed. Friendly and courteous staff. The service department was a little hard to get to and the waiting room could be more inviting. Overall, I had a good experience with this dealership's service department.
We went in last Friday evening,looked at some new trucks, then went to the used side. A salesman came out, we told him what we wanted, he went in to see if they other location had any, when he came back out we told him we had decided to go with new. Instead of just telling us thanks, he personally walked us into the new office and introduced us to Dave Smith. Dave was awesome, very laid back, not at all pushy. Jennifer, the finance officer, was also very friends and not pushy. We are very happy with out experience.
