Top notch customer service manager. If you take your vehicle in for service ask for Chris and rest assured he cares about what he does and the crew did a great job on my repair. Niecie was the nicest receptionist I have ever spoken to. She was very professional and takes great pride in her work. I will but another truck from them again!
I came into the service department without an appt Friday night about 8pm. I ran over something on the road and noticed my tire monitoring system warned me that I was losing air pressure in a tire. I knew Royal Gate service department was open late and I immediately headed that way. Casey and his crew got me in, fixed my tire within a hour of me checking in. What could have been a big inconvenience turned into hardly an issue at all. Thank you Casey for your assistance and great customer service.

Royal Gate's service department is outstanding, from making my appointment to fixing my Ford vehicle. I was greeted by Tony that asked me what I needed today, and was immediately brought into the service drive, where then Tyler the service advisor took over and discussed my issue. Tyler explained in detail what it was going to take to resolve my issue. He immediately contacted Tom the technician who just so happens to be Ford certified. Tom fixed my issue within one hour.I will continue to use Royal Gate for any issues I may have in the future. FIVE STARS for Royal Gate for sure.
