The staff was very polite and changes the oil quickly. The waiting room was clean and inviting, with a child play area. Payment was also quick and easy.

Received notification from my Chrysler App that I was due for an oil change in a few days. At the time that I received the text, I was only a couple blocks from the dealer. I stopped in an was able to get immediate service without an appointment. Tony (porter) greeted me in the driveway and wrote down my vehicle information. He then gave it to me and told me to go inside and give the information to Amanda (service writer), while he drove my vehicle onto the service rack. About 20 minutes or less later my vehicle was ready to go. Oil changed, Tire Rotation and Safety Check done. You can't find a more efficient process, and I would know, a major part of my job of over 40 years was to eliminate waste and increase efficiently.
